Paul Luker is the founder of Clear2Work. Paul is a graduate of Nicholls State University in Thibodeaux, La. where he received his BA in Applied Science. Paul’s career spanned over 40 years in the energy industry in operations and environmental, safety and health.

With over 40 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in operations, environmental management, safety, and health, Paul is widely respected as an industry expert.
He has provided expert testimony in numerous personal injury cases, product liability cases, and high-risk operational reviews. After retiring from the energy industry, he founded Clear2Work to advance workforce safety and access control technology.
